Amanda Perry (formerly Amanda Roy) is a Connecticut‑based artist and arts leader recognized for her abstract, meditative paintings made with natural pigments and handmade inks. Her intuitive process blends the symbolism of plants, the emotional influence of music, and mixed media elements like embroidery and mark making.
Amanda’s work has been featured in solo and group exhibitions in Connecticut and New York City. Her signature piece, “Before the Flood” is a mixed media, epic journey through the cycles of humanity.
Amanda is the host of “In the Making with Mander” a podcast featuring conversations with creatives about art, humanity and the evolution of themselves as artists.
